Delivery and Returns

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed today will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Not at Home?

  • If you're not at home during delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your package to neighbors or a DHL ServicePoint. You'll receive a DHL card in your mailbox with details on where the package is or which DHL ServicePoint to collect it from the next working day. Want to choose a different delivery time or location? Use the Track & Trace code on the yellow card to select an alternative delivery option. Changes can be made on the day you receive the card.

International Shipping:

  • If you reside outside the Netherlands, we ship your order seamlessly within Europe. Your order will be dispatched within a day, and you'll receive a Track & Trace code.

Delivery in Belgium:

  • In Belgium, bpost delivers packages from Monday to Friday, or Saturday if specified during the order. It's possible to change the delivery time or location until the day before the scheduled delivery. If you're not at home, you'll receive a card with information on where the package is or the address of the pickup point. You can collect the package the next day at a bpost post office or point near you. Online rebooking for a second delivery attempt is also possible. Additionally, you can request a second delivery attempt via bpost customer service. If you've registered your delivery preferences with bpost for free, the courier will follow these preferences.

Costs:

  • We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within the Netherlands. For orders under €50, the cost is €5 per order.

  • For orders outside the Netherlands, the rates are as follows:

    • Regular shipping costs €6 - Belgium, Delivery time: an average of 1 working day
    • Regular shipping costs €10 - Germany, Luxembourg, Delivery time: up to 3 working days
    • Regular shipping costs €15 - France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Delivery time: up to 7 working days
    • Free shipping from €150 - Regular shipping costs €20 - Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Delivery time: up to 8 working days
    • Free shipping from €150 - Regular shipping costs €25 - Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Delivery time: up to 7 working days

What Can You Return?

  • Unopened and unused orders can be returned within 30 days without specifying a reason. Items not meeting specified quality standards (if an item triggers an allergic reaction, please contact us).

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

How to Return?

  • When returning your order, you have the right to revoke the agreement within 30 days without specifying reasons. The revocation period expires 30 days after the day you or a third party, not being the carrier, physically takes possession of the product. Email us when you want to do this.

  • To register your return online, send an email to hello@theherbalnomad.nl. We cover the costs of the return when you follow the steps of the return process. If you return the products yourself or via another carrier on your initiative, the costs are at your expense.

  • You are only liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the products, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Refund:

  • If you paid with iDeal, credit card, or PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If you paid with a Herbal Nomad gift card, you will receive this amount in the form of a Herbal Nomad Gift card. The 14-day period starts when you receive the revocation notice.

  • You can get the shipping costs for the return shipment back when an item from the shipment is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or otherwise not correctly delivered, or if you return the order for a valid reason. Email your shipping receipt to receive the costs back.

Warranty:

  • All items you purchase from us are covered by statutory warranty. As a customer of The Herbal Nomad, you are entitled to a good product. If the item is not what you expected, please contact us, and we will find a solution together.
